Reservations and Deposits

A completed booking form together with a deposit of  £150 ($200) per week is required to secure the reservation. The final balance is due two months prior to arrival.

Before booking please ensure that you read and agree to our full - Terms and Conditions.

A security deposit of £200 / $300 is payable with the final balance. This will be refunded in full within 4 weeks of departure unless damage is found (accidental or otherwise) during the villa inspection following your visit, there is excessive / unreasonable use of water or electricity or they villa is left very dirty requiring extra cleaning.

Note: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and NO pets or animals are allowed.
