Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is elegantly decorated, perfectly maintained and very well equipped.  The home is fully air conditioned, carpeted in the bedrooms and fully tiled in the rest of the villa to keep the house cool and clean.  

There is a private telephone with free local calls.  A keypad entrance system means you can go straight to the house without having to collect a key.

Please note that our home is non-smoking and we do not allow pets

Bedrooms

The villa has three bedrooms:

Master bedroom with King size (6ft) bed, cable TV and an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a Queen size (5ft) bed.  The third bedroom has twin beds.

Kitchen

The large kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.  There is a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender. Plus all the silverware, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils you will need.

Laundry

There is a full size washing machine and tumble dryer.  A full size iron and ironing board are also available in the villa.

Dining Room

The dining room has an elegant six-seater dining table

Living Room

In the bright, open plan living room there is a comfortable suite, ceiling fan and an entertainment centre, complete with cable TV, DVD, video and stereo.

Bathrooms

In the family bathroom there is a shower over the bath.  The en-suite has a bath and a separate shower.  Luxury bathroom towels are provided.  Hair dryers are provided.

Pool and Spa

Patio doors lead to the screened deck area.  All entrances to the pool are alarmed for child safety. 

The deck has been extended to enjoy the sunshine all day long.  The lanai is equipped with luxury patio furniture and sun loungers, and pool towels are provided for your use.

The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated and there are pool and Jacuzzi covers to retain the heat over night.

The deck backs onto a perimeter wall, which means the house is not over looked.

Alarms

The house has a fully security system installed.

Child safety alarms are on all doors and windows linked to the pool area.
